I've had a dandy holiday so far. The Thanksgiving time was nice. I got to see all of my parents and my sister and niece and many family members. I believe a fun time was had by all.

After I got off work on Wednesday (technically Thursday morning), around 4:00 AM as we were on our way to my folks, we saw an accident. We pulled over to help. The guy should've died, as he was airborn for 2 lanes and landed upside down on a cement highway divider. Instead he walked away with a tiny cut on his pinky. He said he wished he had died. I've had my moments with that over the last couple of days, but in the end, even if you get hit on the head with a giant reality check, if you don't want to see it, you just won't.

Saturday night I threw out my back. I'm not quite sure how *far* I threw it, as I'm pretty much fine now. Some occasionally stretchy feelings, but that's about it. I spent the evening on the floor with a heating pad and some Motrin flowing through my veins. Sunday, I was functional. Today, fine. For a few hours it was pretty bizarre not being able to stand. I was stuck in a chair for about 20 minutes, but it freaked me out, so I eventually rolled my way out. I never thought being stuck in a chair would freak me out. Actually, who would ever think of a scenario like that? I never thought of being stuck in a chair period. Anywho, I'm upright now and walking and bending. Hurray for the old.

Today I'm going in early for my orientation at the Sealab. I'm becoming a full fledged employee. They like me. They really like me.

We're signing another 6 month lease. The old reason that we wanted to move for hasn't really turned out to be as annoying as we thought. The giant night club. Mostly it has just provided me with fleeting moments of entertainment. When I come home at 3:00 or 4:00 am and see a few dozen cars sprinkled in the parking lot. People who got arrested or were too drunk to drive or went home with Captain Bought Me 6 Drinks. I usually wonder how weird they'll feel when they go to pick up their vehicles in the daylight. It makes me giggle.

A big congrats to Andrew who tied the knot. I'm very happy for you. :)

Ummm. The end.

I've made another artisticalist masterpiece. Happy Thanksgiving. So, watch their eyes. They follow you as you move. I should be the one looking for an art job. Pssh.

On the way home tonight, Adam and I were talking about how people spell phonetically and what words they tend to use. I pointed out that most of the people I get on the phone usually have problems thinking of something that starts with a K. (Think of what you would choose and we'll see if your choice is the same as what most of my customers choose.) We went off on a tirade of humor, as we do, and the next time I talk to someone who sounds like he has a little bit of humor I'm going to use it. Basically our phonetic spelling goes like this:

A as in Azzle
B as in Bizzle
C as in Cazzle
D as in Dizzle
E as in Eeyore
F as in Fizzle
G as in Gizzle
H as in Hizzle

and so on. Clearly E wouldn't work, so we threw in Eeyore because everyone loves that giant lump of animal donkey.

That's all I got.

Oh yeah.

Kangaroo.

It's all better! I don't know what was wrong, but blogger hated me for a few days. Now it's better. Yay! However, I've just woken up and it's almost time for work, so I'm going to not be creative at this moment with a long fun post. Just thought I'd share that it's all better. You can read about date night below.

Tonight's date night! We've been looking forward to this night for about a week night. We're going to have sushi at the only place I've ever liked sushi. A placed called "Origami" up in Round Rock. Yay.

I tried to make some posts the other day and blogger was trippin out. It wouldn't post my crap! Grr!

Work is starting to slow down a little. Or rather, I'm slowing down a little. It's still sort of hectic up there, but I think the major rush is overwith. Now we just have to play catch up. I've sort of made friends with a few people that are really cool. Well, most of the people up there are really cool, but anyway. Adam is working hard on his portfolio because he wants to apply for an art position up there. I'm extremely excited for this because it's 1.) a job where I work and 2.) a job doing what he has always wanted to do. Cross your fingers and say your prayers about this one. It's a big thing for us right now!

I miss everyone so much. Andra posted some pictures of Sadee in her Haloween costume and Misti sent me some pictures of Davis in his Haloween costume and they're up on her site now too. They are all unbelievably adorable and it makes me miss those kids and their mommies and my mommy so much. MAN! It's crazy how much I miss everyone.

I'm assuming Wendy is still doing well with the new job? I'm sure she is.

Josef, I haven't talked to in a long time really. He needs to email me and tell me what's going on with his job thing!

Okay, Adam is now clean and smelling nice, so it's time for our date! Holy crap I can't wait to eat sushi.
