Okay I'm home now and there's a pic up on the webcam of the new hair. Here's a few more. And here are a few cute married people pics too. HEHE.

Wowee. I chopped off all of my hair. I'll take a picture of it tonight. It's super short like it was a long time ago. And a dark copper color underneath. It looks rad.

Also, the WoW beta is over. That made me sad because Tuesday I went up to my sisters to stay with her for a few days while her hubby is out of town. Then I came to Glen Rose Thursday night to visit and stay the night. And I'm still in Glen Rose waiting for my mom and sister to get back from shopping before I leave. Anyway, all this time I didn't get to play WoW and then I found out that the beta is over. Oh well. The full version comes out next week so we're all excited about that. It should be a lot of fun. Thanksgiving is also coming up on us quite fast, so we'll be spending time with all the families. I'm looking forward to that.

Okay that's it for now. I'll put a picture up later when I get home.

Oh P.S. I quit smoking today. Fun!

Today was a pretty good day. I had a really good talk with my Meestee, a nice surprise dinner with my cousin Ben and a wonderful evening with my husband, thanks to his reaction to a tupperware holder of hamburger helper that sat at his office for the better part of the week. Then I accidentally sprayed him in the face with the air freshener and my laughter almost made me pee my pants. That was a funny time.

And now that I type this, the boy is going to bed and I'm going to catch a map of Tribes 2 because I haven't played in weeks. I'll give more of an update later.

Well, our little crowd here in Austin have completely rearranged our time schedules to play a game called WoW from Adam's office at nights. We're all having a lot of fun. It's completely nerdy, but it's the most fun I've had in a long time. The downfall is nobody has really heard from me in the last 3 or 4 days. Sorry. After we get our "OMG IT'S SO FUN" fill, we'll chill and get back to normal. That's it from here and now it's bedtime.

So after waking up to someone screaming my name and then realizing I was actually alone in the apartment, I came in here to check my email. And I got one of those Bill Gates will give you his entire fortune if you please just forward this one email. So I replied. To every email in the attachments. Somewhere around 25 people, which isn't much really, but it was fun. I suggest everyone do the same.

Please do not forward these messages anymore. People have been sending them for years with the thought process of "what can it hurt?" It can hurt and these have never been true and they will never, ever, ever be true. Please stop forwarding these. Follow the link below to read exactly why these emails will NEVER EVER work.

http://www.snopes.com/inboxer/nothing/billgate.asp

Just to quote from that,
"The Bottom Line: No matter which incarnation of this silliness is received, the principle is the same: there's still no such thing as an e-mail tracking program that will keep a tally of how many times a message is forwarded and then report the results back to a central tabulator."

It is not possible to do this in a legitimate way. I'm sure if the email had some virus, it would be possible, but would you knowingly send a virus around to everyone you know? No! So don't send these!

Most people are too nice to tell you to stop sending these. This morning I'm in a mood, so I'm writing to every person whose email is attached to this chain letter.

If you still believe that you'll get $250 for every person you forward this to, I'll give you $500 for every person you don't send it to. I have a special tracking device planted in all of your brains, so I can tell. DON'T CHEAT!

Thank you for your time.
Marissa McWaters

I think it's a little funny that a lot of gamers out there won't know or care who wins the election because the World of Warcraft open beta came out yesterday. In a month or two they'll all wonder when it happened.
