So, I came over to Misti's yesterday because Danny is out of town hunting. We spent most of today watching the teevee. My observations are as follows:

Coupling sucks. I've watched the British version that it's based off of and this one just isn't going to work. One line sex jokes that everyone has heard aren't funny when you dress people up and put them on a pretty set. It's a sad attempt. I give this show a few months.

Newlyweds is funny. The complete lack of intelligence in Jessica Simpson makes this show oh so worth the time you'll lose watching her. Example: Eating out, her sister in law offers Jessica some of her buffalo wings to which Jessica replies, "Oh no thanks, I don't eat buffalo." She's dead serious. Watch any episode and you'll see a few examples of her sheltered little celebrity life. Yes, I'm jealous of her money, but that doesn't make it any less humorous.

Friends still makes me laugh.

I realized the Pepsi Vanilla commercial with the decked out Pepsi truck makes me laugh because the people who are in vehicles with such hydrolics are funny when their heads bobble around like ... well, bobble heads.

I don't want to watch that much tv again for a long time.

Well the parents are finally back from their two week excursion to Alaska. I definitely missed them. This house gets lonely when the only thing you can talk to is a cat who meows regardless of what you say or if you say anything at all. Work tonight was complete suckage, except I made the most I've ever made in tips, so that's not so much suckage. This month I'll be able to wipe two debts out of the way after paying on them for awhile. That's always nice. Then I can concentrate on the big mommas. Alrighty. Not a lot more to say. Oh Mist, glad the ginger girl is ok. I can't wait to hear about the baby news! Don't forget to call me too.

Yesterday I sent in my "resignation" on match.com because I don't want to mess with it and I don't want my profile out there. In the resignation form, there are not one, but TWO places for you to put your reasons for resigning. I put the reasons and a generic email was sent to confirm that my profile had been hidden and if I wanted to reactivate it again, all I had to do was login. I don't know if any of you will understand the humor in the generic email. It's like there isn't anyone at all working at match.com. It's one big database that does everything. Match.com is the beginning of the Matrix!!! WHO KNEW?!

So I made a profile on Match.com. I was thinking about making another blog for my match.com adventures, but so far it totally sucks ass. They rejected both pictures I submitted and I have no idea why because the reject letter is generic. I wanted to make a change on my profile, but it takes 24-72 hours to change things in a certain part of it. So that's the dumbest thing ever. Then I went to look for customer service and saw that they're in Dallas. Perhaps I'll work there when I move back. Seems like they could use a few extra people to reject photos.

I'm glad I'm not in California to deal with the all the recall crap, but someone linked me to Georgy for Gov and she actually sounds pretty cool. If you live in Cali, register to vote! If you've registered, check out Georgy for candidate!

I'm alive. Spending less time online lately. It's nice, but life's boring with no parents around. How dorky is that? Work blah, read blah, tv blah, water plants blah. Although watching cable every night has introduced me to [adultswim] on Cartoon Network. I love it. I can watch Family Guy, Inuyasha and Cowboy Bebop every night now. It's weird how much anime I've watched in the last two or three weeks. I really like it. Warning: More Dork Developing Here.
